Gil Laureiro, CEO

Gil is an entrepreneur who has ACTUALLY sold companies he’s built up for millions of dollars. This US Army Veteran who served from 1990-2002 has come a long way from his South American homeland to achieve the “American Dream”. Born in Uruguay, Gil went the first 10 years of his life being raised by family members, while his parents picked up their Spanish speaking life to move to English speaking New York in the United States. The money they saved and earned went to pay for Gil and his sister to legally come to the US and become a citizen. He is a first generation immigrant who is proud of all that’s he’s been able to accomplish. He has successfully grew multiple medical equipment companies and also spent the last three years building his CBD/THC company and hemp farms. He is the CEO of NanosolPro and Silvefleaf Global. They sell CBD products, Delta brands, and also do white label and wholesale distribution. 

Stacey Toy, COO

Stacey’s degrees were from a top rated private school named Elizabethtown College. She spent a lot of time over in England, studying at Harris Manchester College at Oxford University. She currently holds a Master’s degree in Journalism. Eleven years in the broadcasting industry in a top 55 market station, Stacey was the live tv news director. She directed America’s Highest Rated local News Casts in the country. She also spent time back over in London working with networks during the 2012 Olympic Games. Toy was instrumental in helping build her stations new High Definition Control Room. She helped program the equipment, build setups and codes for the Automation Systems. Corporate Engineering used Stacey to help troubleshoot various problems for more than 50 TV stations across the United States.

Stacey produces and casts film, TV and commercials as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of TwentyFiveEight Studios, Inc. 258 Studios, Inc. has worked and provided many companies like Toyota commercials from local to regional to Super Bowl ads, even the Paralympic Games in South Korea. Her and her company have won 13 American Advertising Awards along with Professional’s Choice and People’s Choice. 

Rod Thompson, CTO

Rod Thompson is an entertainment industry veteran who has worked in post-production at a well- known post facility Encore Video In Hollywood. He’s also recognized in the music industry for running a studio in California housing major names such as Death Row. He has also worked on television shows including NYPD Blue, Murder One, X Files, and films including “Independence Day.” Rod has also worked with Fortune 500 companies and has extensive knowledge of the crypto space, specifically with emphasis on NFTs.
